Physicians in our network serve in administrative and oversight capacities—not direct patient care. Depending on the engagement and state, your responsibilities may include serving as medical director with policy oversight, reviewing clinical protocols and scope-of-practice alignment, conducting defined chart reviews and compliance activities, attending periodic meetings or completing required documentation, and overseeing NP/PA-led care models where applicable. Every engagement is governed by a formal agreement with clearly defined roles, expectations, and compensation.
