Our network is designed for physicians who understand regulatory and compliance responsibilities, prefer clearly defined, non-clinical engagements, and are not seeking traditional employment or direct patient care roles.

As part of the Access Plus Health network, physicians serve in administrative and oversight capacities rather than direct patient care roles. Responsibilities vary by engagement and state, but generally include medical directorship and policy oversight, review of clinical protocols and scope alignment, defined chart review and compliance activities, periodic meetings or documentation as required, and oversight of NP/PA-led care models where applicable. All engagements are governed by formal agreements with clearly defined roles and expectations.
