What determines my exact monthly price?
Your quote is based on a few key factors: the state(s) you operate in (some states have stricter oversight requirements than others), the number of providers you need supervised, the services your practice offers (standard aesthetics vs. weight loss, controlled substances, or insurance-billed services), and whether you need PC/MSO entity structuring. We'll walk through all of this on your free compliance assessment call and give you an exact quote — no surprises.
Do you charge setup or onboarding fees?
No. All setup, entity structuring, agreement drafting, and onboarding are included in your monthly rate on a 12-month agreement.
Do you take a percentage of revenue or collections?
Never. Our pricing is flat and predictable. You'll never owe us more than your agreed monthly rate regardless of how much your practice earns.
Can I add providers or locations later?
Yes. As your practice grows, we add providers, locations, and states to your agreement. Additional providers start at $500/month each.
What makes you different from other medical director services?
Most services match you with a random physician from a large, loosely managed pool. Our physicians are hand-selected, board-certified, and trained on standardized compliance protocols — overseen by a Harvard-trained physician who built the organization. When a board investigator asks who your medical director is, the answer matters.
What's the commitment?
12 months. This allows us to include all setup, entity structuring, and onboarding at no additional cost. Most clients stay well beyond 12 months because switching compliance providers is disruptive and unnecessary when the relationship is working.
